Deposits are required to secure your appointment. Each individual is required to pay a $75 deposit for their appointment. It is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide a deposit will result in appointment loss. All deposits are non-refundable
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at our discretion.
Please factor in traffic and parking in order to be on time.
Please do NOT consume caffeine for at least 4 hours prior to your treatment and arrive completely makeup free
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit. Cash is accepted in person. No Checks are accepted
We will not perform refills on other artists work. This compromises the integrity of the work of the studio. Please assume a removal will take place when scheduling your appointment.
Please be advised that clients with less than 40% retention will be charged for a full set. No exceptions.
We understands that life happens! We kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment so that we may cater to clients who are on a wait-list. This policy is strictly enforced, should you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit is non-refundable and you may be requested to pre-pay for your entire appointment upon your next booking.
Children are not permitted in the studio. If you come to your appointment with your children, your appointment will be cancelled as there is no one to supervise them while the treatment is taking place. Please arrange care for your children for the duration of your appointment. No exceptions.
